Delivery & Returns

Delivery

Delivery will be made during normal business hours. Unfortunately we are not able to specify the exact time or date for your delivery. The method of despatch will be determined by the weight of the product and its value. Small, lighter parcels (under 1kg to 5kg) will be sent out by Recorded Delivery Royal Mail which needs to be signed for and are trackable. Products above 5kg will be sent by next day courier; these parcels will need to be signed for and cannot be left on the doorstep or with neighbours.

UK

If your delivery address is in the UK we aim to deliver your purchases within 24 hours of the placement of the order if this has been placed before noon on a weekday. However, occasionally delays occur, but we endeavour to get the product to you as fast as we possibly can and certainly within 7 working days. If delivery will be delayed, the customer will be contacted.

Packaging

All purchases from PetHut.co.uk are specially packed and we try to avoid damage but once it has left us we cannot be held responsible for any damage caused.

Delivery

PetHut.co.uk makes every effort to ensure that your goods arrive to you within the specified delivery times by using accredited couriers. However, we cannot take responsibility for late or failed deliveries arising from incorrect delivery details supplied by the customer. All deliveries must be signed for by the customer or by a person acting on behalf of the customer. All deliveries are made during normal business hours Monday to Friday. If there is no one at the delivery address during those hours, this may delay the delivery of your order.

Returns

As our valued customer you have the unconditional right to cancel your contract within 14 days of delivery, without being obliged to state any reasons. To comply with this time limit, all you need to do is to send a return request within the 14-day period by e-mail and we will send you details of return address, etc.

If you return goods bought online, the purchasing contract is cancelled and you will be refunded once the delivered goods have been returned. Should the goods show signs of use or damage on return, we reserve the right to appropriate compensation.

We must request that you to return goods at your own cost. For the return address please contact our customer service for further details.

If the goods arrive damaged, please contact PetHut.co.uk for a full refund. Faulty goods are fully-refundable, inclusive of delivery and return. Please inform our customer service within the first 2 days of arrival of faulty goods or goods damaged in transit.

Your statutory rights as a customer are not affected by any of these conditions.
